How can YOU end poverty

(posted originally on Bubblews)

"Be the change that you wish to see in the world" - Mahatma Ghandi.

You can't, alone, eliminate poverty, but you can help poor people near you or in the 3rd world through some institution. Help as many people as you can, or as you wish, and as many times as you can or as you wish, with the strength and courage you have. knowing that if everybody did the same, the world would be a better place.

Not all of us can be like Madre Teresa, but some can. Thank those, and do whatever you have courage to do. Don't blame yourself thinking you are not doing enough. Just do something and that is more than most will do.

You also can't blame the rest of the world for doing nothing (specially if you do nothing) and expecting someone else to solve the problem.

"Be the change you wish to see in the world", knowing that not everyone will change, but it has to start somewhere... it can start with you, and one day your kids will follow and your grand-children, and so on...

Change has to start somewhere, let it start with you.
