Smoking and drinking during pregnancy

Do you think pregnant women should be forbidden to smoke and/or drink?

We all know the risks of smoking, for us and for others. But one of the others may be the baby strapped on our belly, no where to go, no word to say. Does that baby have any rights?

I know that in many countries, mine included, a woman may decide to end a life that is forming inside her because she took control of her body (even when another body is depending on hers). But how about when a woman decides she WANTS to have a baby? Should that woman still have the right to do has she pleases and keep on smoking and/or drinking as much as she likes, or is she committing a crime?

How about after birth? If a child is born with severe brain damage due to the fact that her mother was a hard smoker and/or drinker during pregnancy, should that woman be considered guilty of a crime?

What do you think?

I think better in shower or: how to engage the superior colliculus of the brain.

I woke up today and went to the bathroom.

My mind started working has I walked into the shower.

With the hot water falling down my body I reflected, had thoughts and ideas.

A lot of words were going through my brain and I saw there, at least, three different posts I could write.

Do you know what happened the moment I walked out of the shower?

yeah... they vanished. I think they are gone forever.

It reminded me of an episode of "The Big Bang Theory" when Sheldon Cooper was attempting to view his work as a fleeting peripheral image so as to engage the superior colliculus of his brain...

Yeah... My superior Colliculus has a weak memory...

I hate the F word: FEMINIST


Wanting equality for ALL human beings doesn't have to have a label, because it's what is right.

I hate the word feminist (and yes, I am a women), because "feminists" are labelling, they are imposing ideas, they are trying to make themselves being regarded as the "true women".

God forgive if you really enjoy to cook for a man (if you are a lesbian, than that's no problem), God forgive if you want to be a stay at home mom. If you are one of those women you are a shame to the "cause". The cause not being women having the same rights as men (they already do in first world countries), but women having more protections and more rights than men (those BASTARDS!).

And don't talk about rape, and crimes against women because THAT'S CRIME! You don't have to be a feminist to be AGAINST CRIME! you just are.

To be very honest I think sexist is the right word, whether you are talking about a man bashing women or a woman bashing men. That's what they do, really, and that's always wrong.
